LEAD Marine Contractors Limited was dealing with constant IT problems that disrupted daily work. Computers were unreliable, the network would drop at times, and there was no proper system in place to monitor issues. This led to delays, frustrated staff, and risk to important operations.
We stepped in and set up reliable IT systems for both their vessels and office. We installed and configured computers, servers, and networks to run properly, and put monitoring in place to catch issues early. We also provided ongoing maintenance, cybersecurity protection, and kept everything properly documented.
As a result, downtime was greatly reduced and daily operations became smoother. Problems are now identified and fixed before they cause disruptions. Both the office team and vessel crews can work without worrying about IT issues.
